How long does an order take?
Most orders ship in 14–21 days from approval. Custom busts take longer than stock items because of the modeling and approval steps. We'll give you a firm timeline within 24 hours of your order.
What kind of photo should I send for a custom bust?
A clear, well-lit front-facing photo is essential. A side profile shot is a great bonus. Avoid sunglasses, hats covering features, heavy filters, and extreme angles. Phone photos work fine — the better the reference, the better the bust.
What materials and finishes do you offer?
All busts are printed in high-quality PLA filament — durable, beautiful, and proven for display pieces. Finishes include marble white, matte black, classic gold, and bronze.
How big are the busts?
Standard busts are about 6 inches tall. Premium busts are 9–12 inches. Custom sizing is available — ask in your order notes.
How does the photo-to-bust process actually work?
We use professional 3D modeling tools to translate your photo into a printable model, then prepare it for printing. Before we print, we send you a preview for approval — so there are no surprises.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the US. International requests are case-by-case — drop us a note and we'll see what we can do.
What's your return policy?
Custom busts are made-to-order and non-refundable once production begins. If anything arrives damaged, we'll replace it free of charge. We always send a preview before printing so you can request changes early.
How do I pay?
After we confirm your order details, we send a secure payment link (credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). No payment is taken when you submit the order form.
